The $125 flat-rate routine offer applies only to the stated New York coverage area and routine conditions. Rush, same-day, special, extended, unusual, or New Jersey assignments require separate confirmation or a quote.

Deadlines and results

No attempt time, completion date, successful service, court acceptance, or legal result is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Uploaded files and third parties

The form uses FormSubmit. File uploads are subject to its limits and practices. Users may instead submit documents by email or arrange another method.
